There's absolutely NO parking unless you pay $180 a month. The whole atmosphere of the place is prison like. There's no outdoor space, unless you count the concrete courtyard. Only one of my burners work, the floors are all cement and the air never goes below 78 degrees. The security is ridiculous. I understand wanting to be safe but they almost didn't let my mum and grandmother in because they didn't have their ID's on them. The shower is SUPER tiny. You can't even bend down in it! Spring House has free parking, HUGE areas to work downstairs, lots of outdoor space, a pool and that energy that you expect from a SCAD building. Yes you have to have a meal plan, but you can easily get the 25 meals a quarter. It's only about $3500 a quarter and you get dining dollars as well. Perfect for when you're working on a lengthy project and need an energy boost. I may not like the idea of sharing a room with someone else, but the vibrancy and beauty of Spring House has definitely captured my attention.
