7:38 p.m. — Security found writing on a bathroom wall at the main campus.
Jan. 23
2:21 p.m. — Security responded to reports of a sick student in the women’s restroom. The student was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
Jan. 25
5:55 p.m. — An RA notified Security that a student had an injury and that 911 had been called. EMT and an ambulance crew responded. They rendered treatment but the student refused transport, as a family member was en route to take her for treatment.
Graduate student workshop going on Friday

Faculty Advising Day happening this week

Interior design lecture coming in February

Professional interior designer Fred Dust will be giving a lecture at the Twelve Hotel Ballroom on 17th St. on Thursday, Feb. 12 starting at 5:30 p.m. Dust leads the Smart Space design practice from IDEO’s San Francisco office. An architect by training, Dust leads multidisciplinary teams to create immersive, interactive spaces for many different industries including healthcare, education, retail, financial services and workplace design. Abstract artist Stephen Antonakos gives inside look at his work

Contemporary artist Stephen Antonakos held a question and answer session on January 22 at the ACA Gallery of SCAD, where a collection of his work is currently on exhibition. Titled “Darkness and Light,” the exhibition features neon panels and serial drawings. The exhibition was guest-curated by Marshall Price, Associate Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at the National Academy Museum. Antonakos and Price took questions from the audience in an open format before a celebratory reception in the gallery.
